Step 2: Documentation
After talking to a consultant and referred to the program you will need to provide the following documents.
1. 1st and 2nd Mortgage Statement
2. Income Documentation (pay stubs "30 days", last yrs W-2, 1099)
3. Letter of Hardship
4. Declaration page of Hazard Insurance
5. Copy of Driver's License(s)
6. All the letter of correspondence from the lender to the Borrower
7. Copy of Social Security Card(s)
8. Loan Modification Documents, if applicable
9. Statement of Property Tax
10. $1595.00 3 appraisals, 2 credit reports, 2 title o&e policies, application fee & processing *
* $1595 is 100% refundable if we're not able to reduce your mortgage principal with in 180 days
